Virtual sessions are a focused, fully customized way to continue your Pilates practice - whether you’re a teacher refining your technique or a client looking for expert guidance from home.
Using Zoom and your available equipment (mat, reformer, chair, any apparatus, or small props), we’ll create an effective, connected experience that feels just as personal as being in the studio. Every session is designed around your goals - building strength, improving mobility, refining form, and challenging you with intelligent, progressive movement. Expect to do things you didn’t know possible, and find very exciting ways to progress your practice!

My work focuses on functional strength, advanced reformer and apparatus practice, and movement that challenges both body and mind.

My in-person sessions are highly individualized - blending classical Pilates, contemporary science, and functional movement to support strength, stability, and longevity. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or looking to move with more ease as you age, each session meets you exactly where you are.
In person, I specialize in working with post-rehab and aging populations, including clients with MS, EDS, Parkinson’s, and joint or spinal conditions. Every program is built to rebuild strength safely, improve balance and mobility, and support long-term wellness.
In-person sessions are offered as standing appointments with a six-month commitment.

About Paige
I’m Paige Hubbard, a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT), Polestar Pilates Graduate, and Balanced Body Instructor with over a decade of experience teaching movement across places like Chicago, Charleston, Kuwait, and more.
My work centers on helping teachers and advanced movers refine their craft through intelligent, functional Pilates. I pull from nearly every major education system - from Polestar to Balanced Body to classical approaches - to create programming that’s thoughtful, technical, and personal.
I believe movement should be empowering, educational, and deeply human. Each session blends classical control with modern strength training, focusing on precision, breath, and awareness that carries far beyond the studio. I love working safely on range of motion and endurance. I believe everyone is as capable as their mind believes them to be.
I’m post-rehab and special-population informed, with experience supporting clients managing MS, EDS, Parkinson’s, and age-related mobility challenges. My goal is to help every body - teacher, athlete, or beginner - move with confidence, curiosity, and longevity.
