About

I’m Paige Hubbard, a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT), Polestar Pilates Graduate, and Balanced Body Instructor with over a decade of experience teaching movement across the U.S. and abroad.

My teaching career has taken me from Chicago and Atlanta to the Middle East and back to the Southeast in Charleston, SC. I now teach and live permanently in Birmingham, AL. Along the way, I’ve worked with professional dancers, athletes, new moms, teachers, and clients navigating chronic conditions - each one reminding me that movement, at its core, is about adaptability, curiosity, and growth.

My bread and butter is teaching Pilates teachers and skilled clients who want to refine their practice and deepen their understanding of movement. I love helping people find the “why” behind the work -exploring biomechanics, fluid sequencing, and the subtle connections that create stronger, more capable bodies.

Over the years, I’ve trained and studied with nearly every major Pilates education system, developing a cross-disciplinary approach that blends classical control with contemporary strength and science. My sessions are known for their creativity, precision, and the space they give students to explore and evolve.

My approach is equal parts education and experience - rooted in anatomy, guided by intuition, and fueled by creativity. I believe in challenging movement patterns, exploring functional strength, and designing sessions that are as effective as they are empowering.

Outside the studio, I’m a mom, mover, and lifelong learner. You can usually find me hiking, reading, or exploring the world.
